I woke up one day at 30 years old weighing in at 360 pounds and realized enough was enough. That was the heaviest I have ever been my whole life. That day was June 1st, 2014, it’s now September, 2016 and I am down 100 pounds.I have achieved this through eating healthy and increasing my activity. This blog is to share everything as I do a 360 and change my life! Hope this can inspire someone else to live for the future and live a healthy lifestyle. Since this blog started things have changed some. My posts are not strictly about weight loss anymore. Now I’m focusing on my whole being and many posts about being a mom. Hope you Enjoy!!

  1. Amazing weight loss you’ve achieved. Well done! Thanks for the inspiration. It’s hard fitting in exercising with little ones but you seem very motivated. Thanks again. I’ve still got a long way to go and it is so encouraging to see others who have achieved what I need to do.
