So you know that goal I had? That goal of 9 lbs in a week…. yea that one. Nope didn’t make it. In fact I gained. I am so disappointed in myself but at the same time I realized that I can not set goals like that for myself. It stresses me out and then I fail. I need to just be healthy and let my weight loss show that. On that note…. I’m off to try again. I have 10 lbs to go until I hit my short-term goal and I guess it will happen when it happens. Hopefully sooner rather than later though.
